Here at Power Built Homes, we are a custom home builder. This means that we build your new home based on specifications to fit on your block. With your customisations, we can create a one-off dream home.

THE PROCESS:

FIRST CONTACT

Once your enquiry has been received, Adam will arrange a phone call to hear about your dream home. He will explain the building process with Power Built Homes, and answer any questions that you may have.
Whether you have already purchased a block of land or are still looking, have your own plans or need to work with our Draftsperson, we can assist.

APPROVALS

Once you have received your building tender, contracts will be drawn up. The approval process for local council or certifier will also commence.
* Home warranty insurance will need to be in place prior to any contract payments.

SELECTIONS

Once contracts have been signed, it’s time to make your design selections!
We offer a free 2 hour consultation with our local designer for you to discuss all things colour, windows and much more. Kitchen and laundry designs will need to be discussed with our supplier.

CONSTRUCTION

At the start of construction, you will receive a building program which showcases a week-by-week expected process. This program is also sent to all trades to ensure effective communication and prevent delays. If anything is to change in the process, all personnel will be notified.

COMPLETION

Your dream home is now complete! On handover day, we will arrange keys and final paperwork, and celebrate with you, as you move into your custom built dream home.
This is the most exciting day!
